&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;I think in this case you should cre&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ate a new field in the Opportunity table that just &lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;takes&lt;span id="mce_11_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; the month&lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; of the CloseDate.&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; This way, you can sort by month&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; only&lt;/span&gt; and not the entire date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;Once you have this field, I suggest editing the screen &lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CRM_Home Dashboard&lt;span id="mce_7_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; and adding a filter to the report&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;object.
