Hi Colleen,

When you import back into the Listbuilder you'll need to include another field named AssignedTo field. This field holds the value of the Method user the list is for. This prevents another user from seeing your list and vice versa if you are both using the Listbuilder at the same time. If you add this field, assign a Method user to each record, you'll be able to see your list.

In List Builder Solution No. 211, I read that I can "Importing lists into List Builder", I am doing this because I want to add an activity to only about 75% of my customers. I have exported the customer list to excel, sorted out the customers I do not want, imported the list into the List Builder table, but when I go to add an activity, my updated List Builder table is not there.

I want to do more mass emailing and mass activites and am having a heck of a time with List Builder.
