The forms should create a lead and an activity. Initially they were working but somebody changed the values in one of the referenced fields (Activity.ActivityStatus). I had to go back and change the code in the form manually to reflect this. The form now appears to work as I get a successful submission message, but the records aren&amp;#39;t created. Will they have to be created again from scratch because of the changed values?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
