Then make copies of&amp;nbsp;and edit the applicable Customer (and possible Lead) screens in order to add this field to the screens for use:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;To &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;edit a table go to &lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Tables/Fields &amp;gt;&lt;span id="mce_9_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; find the table you need to edit and click on its name, then add fields as required.&lt;span id="mce_3_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_26_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;T&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_28_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;o make a copy of a screen and&lt;span id="mce_27_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; edit it go&lt;span id="mce_15_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; to &lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Screens &amp;gt;&lt;span id="mce_11_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; hover your mouse over the screen name and click the &lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Copy&lt;span id="mce_13_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; button to the left of it, finish by going through the wizard. Once that&amp;#39;s done find the copy which you just made, hover your mouse over its name and click the &lt;span id="mce_16_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Edit&lt;span id="mce_16_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; button to the left of it. You&amp;#39;ll be taken to &lt;span id="mce_18_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;the &lt;span id="mce_19_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;creen Designer where you can customize the screen to your liking.&lt;/p&gt;

You can even create a Custom Field in QuickBooks, that way this data will sync between Method and QB. To do this in QuickBooks edit a customer, click on the &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Additional Info&lt;span id="mce_2_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; tab, then click the &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Define Fields button&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. A new screen will pop-up(screenshot below) where you can type in the field name (label), specify which tables to add this field to (e.g. &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Customer&lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_13_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span id="mce_13_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Vendor&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span id="mce_9_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Employee&lt;span id="mce_6_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_8_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;), select what type of data will be stored in this field (e.g. text, numbers, date, selections list, etc.), and finally specify whether or not it&amp;#39;s required on Transactions or Lists.
