Hi Green Guard Services,

Yes, you are able to customize the Lead Rating field to display specific drop down values. To do this, you will have to build a new Lead Rating screen based off the LeadRating table and add a grid to show the current values. Afterwards, you can use the Save All Sections and Delete Active Record actions to modify the table.

With regards to the grid refresh issue, this is a known issue. Please read here. A workaround would be to click the refresh icon at the bottom right of the grid.

Lead Rating and New Lead Creation

Does anybody know if the "Lead Rating" can be customized? Warm, Hot and Cold is very rudamentory.
