It seems like you are asking about customizing the ‘Existing Opportunities List’ screen. Is this correct?

Yes, through customization, you can modify the opportunities grid properties & values. More specifically, you can:

Rename the specific header to ‘Opp. Name/Stage’
Remove the Assign To value
Bold the Opp. Name value

To dig into on how to customize this grid as per your request, you will have to:

Create a copy of the ‘CRM_OpportunitiesList’ screen
Edit the screen
Click on the ‘Opportunity’ grid
Click Next (to go Step 2)
Click on ‘Advanced’ option for the ‘AssignedTo’ field
Look at the SQL Override fields/values

If you do end up modifying the screen, I suggest you watch the webinar on screens. In it they will talk about replacing tab links. You'll need to understand how to do that when your screen is ready to deploy.

Sorry if this question is novice but we just started with Method. I have several users who would like to see the Assigned To /Opp. Name/Stage under the Opportunities tab to either skip the user@company.com or have it at the bottom and have the Opp. Name bold and on the top. Is modification like this possible?
