As per our discussion this was caused by a Google Chrome caching and/or setting issue. We cleared your cache then went to Tools > Encoding > and enabled Auto-Detect. This looks to have resolved your issue. It's good to know that it only happens in Google Chrome and not other browsers. We'll most likely post this as a new solution on our Help Center knowledgebase.

I know how to create a template. I've made a dozen or more. However, no matter how many times I change the font in my email template to Calibri and 11 pt, the font in my received email (sending to myself to test) is Times New Roman - of various sizes.

Yes, you are able to change font type & size for email templates. To do this, you will first have to:

Go to the Home tab then click on the Email Templates tab link.

Edit the specific email template then click Save. *Note: I highly recommend making a duplicate of the stock template before editing one as you won't be able to revert back to the stock template once a change has been made to it and saved. To duplicate a template, you'll first need to select it from the grid, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the More actions... button, then select Duplicate Email Template. Scroll back up to the top of the screen and select the duplicate template, which will be prefixed with 'DUP:', from the grid.

Make the changes to your duplicate template then click Save.

Afterwards, you will have to:

Go to the specific screen you are sending the email from (in this example, I will use the Invoices screen)

In the Invoices screen, click on the ‘More actions…’ button (you will see it at the bottom center of the screen)

Select Choose email template…

For your specific notification, you will use the drop down option to select the email template you created a few steps back

Click Save & Close

This will allow you to send email notifications based on the template you select.

impossible to set fonts and have them "stick" in email templates

I have been fighting this problem for 3 days and finally got fed up. Is it even possible to set a font other than Times New Roman for email templates?

I've tried typing/pasting the new content into the editor and then setting the Calibri font and size to 11 pt and I've tried setting the font and size the very last thing before saving the template. I have sent myself dozens of test emails and Calibri with 11 height is in maybe 1 out of 10.

Help!
