What table is the Referral Source Entity field attached to? That's the table that would also need to be regenerated.

Did this help solve the problem for you? If not, then please follow my second suggestion and let me know what happens.

I don't have a Referral Source entity table... Referral Source Entity is a dropdown in my Customer and Entity tables, and is not marked as unique in either of them.

Do I need to create one? It did not appear to be necessary for this to work in the Edit Lead screen.

I regenerated the Entity and Customer tables.

Hey ashead,

Regenerate the Entity, Customer, and Referral Source Entity tables (in that order). To regenerate a table go to Customize > Tables/Fields > click on the table name (e.g. Entity) > then click Finished Editing Fields. Rinse and repeat for the other tables, then check your screen again. *Note: When you are in the Referral Source Entity table, are any of your fields marked as Unique?

If the problem persists, edit your screen, and edit the Referral Source Entity field. Go to 'Step 4 of 6: Dropdown Choices' and ensure the Select Field value is not blank; if it is then click the dropdown and select the appropriate field. Hope this helps!

With the help of a Consultant, we created a field on the EditLeads screen that displays a list of leads generated by leads checked with the IsReferralSource checkbox (that we also created). This displays fine in the EditLeads table. I copied all the steps taken for the EditLeads screen and applied them to NewLead screen. The fields are there and the drop down shows that there are the appropriate # of options (or spaces) based on leads that I have indicated are referral sources, but it is not actually displaying the text, or names, of those leads in the dropdown menu. I checked one lead as a referral source, and there was one space available to select in the ReferralSourceEntity field; I checked two leads as a as a referral source, and there were two space available to select in the ReferralSourceEntity field; and then again for three. See picture below. Any idea why the text is not showing?

I have also tried adding these fields to the EditCustomer screen and am getting the same result.
