&lt;p&gt;We have done some work around this. &amp;nbsp;Depending on your objectives you may be able to use a combination of Method&amp;#39;s web forms, portals, and case &lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;structure to create the desired customer interaction. &amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Of course you can start from scratch and build your own data structure and interact&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;with your data using the API. &amp;nbsp;This has the benefits of structuring your data specifically to your business model with workarounds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
