For anyone who may have a similar issue. This was resovled by checking the Show Inactive users checkbox in the bottom right corner of the Existing Users List. This showed all users and we found that there was an inactive user still had sign-in access.

Greetings

I use to have 2 users that can login. Now i reduced this to one user. I went to the following screen Method>Customize>Users then unchecked the User can sign in.

I then went into Method>customize>My account> then clicked on the user section. then i went from 2 users to 1 user then clicked the change user button. Now i get a error message saying I cant do that becasue i have two users that can sign in.

I sigen out then back in and still got the same error. Any ideas? support is open on the account
