&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Wondering if you could help answer this. &amp;nbsp;Everytime someone pays their bill online, my boss gets an email. &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve tried going to all of the settings to change it to me instead of her but I can&amp;#39;t find it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Hi Paul,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The actions on the screen look for an email in the BCC section of the template. &amp;nbsp;If this field is blank, it will place the portal admin&amp;#39;s email into this field prior to sending the email. &amp;nbsp;My guess is that this field is blank, and as a result, the portal admin is getting BCC&amp;#39;d.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To change this, you can edit the template (Payment Notificiation I believe), and put another email into the BCC section and save it. &amp;nbsp;It should then send an email to that email address.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Another option would be to change the Portal Admin. &amp;nbsp;If you go to Customize &amp;gt; Portals and edit your portal, you can select which Method user is the Portal Admin for that portal.&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; &amp;nbsp;It should look like this:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
