Just so I understand correctly, you have two customers in Method but only one in QuickBooks? Could you click on the gear in the bottom right corner of the Customer and Contacts List grid and click the checkbox next to the Entity RecordID field and update?

If the recordID for the once customer is different from the other, check in your Resolve Conflicts to see if there is a conflict for the one that won't show in QuickBooks.

If there are two customers in Method, there should be two customers in QuickBooks. And if so, then you could simply merge the two in QuickBooks, which will then merge them in Method.

Both customer identities have customer and contact information but one has all transaction history and the other has all activity history and scheduled activities. How do I combine these two back into 1?

I checked QB and only 1 identity exists for this customer.
