&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I tested receiving an item and it showed up in QB and in the sidebar &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;grid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;on the Receive Items screen. But &lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;none of the historical&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; (real)&lt;/span&gt; received item entries that were received in QB are showing up in the sidebar grid&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;. Should they not sync from QB when I open the screen in Method? Like I said, it works one way, from Method to QB, but not the other way (at leadt historically). I suppose I&amp;#39;d need to test a &lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;new one&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; in QB&lt;/span&gt;, but I&amp;#39;m not sure it will show up.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

My only suggestion would be to confirm that your&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; new&lt;/span&gt; fields are actually in &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;the &lt;span id="mce_7_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;ItemReceiptLineItem&lt;span id="mce_7_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; table (not the &lt;span id="mce_16_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;ItemR&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;ceiptLineExpense&lt;span id="mce_16_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; table)&lt;span id="mce_10_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;, and that you are in fact&amp;nbsp;editing the &lt;span id="mce_12_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;ItemRec&lt;span id="mce_11_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;eiptLineItem&lt;span id="mce_12_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; grid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_15_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;I would also try to &lt;span id="mce_18_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Save &amp;amp; Close&lt;span id="mce_18_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; the screen if you have it open in the screen designer, and then reopen it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span id="mce_20_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;If you have double checked everything and believe there is an issue on your account, let me know and I can take a look at it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
