Hi Lance,

Try a basic sync test by adding a fake customer directly in QB and cconfirm the change makes it's way to Method as expected. Follow up by modify info for the same customer (e.g. phone) on the Method side and confirm this made it's way to QB.

Assuming the above works, the issue you are experiencing could be that you are adding a new contacts to an existing customers on the Method side. Any new contacts added in Method will be Method only contacts and are not designed to sync to QB.

Contact not going to Quickbook

My Method account is integrated with QuickBooks Enterprise 2013. When I add a new contact to a customer account in Method, the contact doesn't flow over to QB. Does anyone know why?I've ran the full sync and received now errors. I saved the contact to trigger Method Push. Still nothing. When I add an additional contact in QB it popps up in Method. Just doesnt' work visa versa
