&lt;div class="im"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;I would try a Full Synchronize. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;If you are already in Method, you can go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;QuickBooks &amp;gt; Synchronize&lt;/b&gt;, and click on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Sync Now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;button right beside the label of&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Full Synchronization.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Also, you may want to see if the Customer has synced over, but is hidden. &amp;nbsp;Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Integration Tools&lt;/b&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Select &amp;#39;&lt;b&gt;Export&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;a table to a file&amp;#39;. &amp;nbsp;Then pick the Customer table. Follow the instructions to produce a file where you can check if the customer is indeed in Method.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am trying to see why a customer is in QBO and is not syncing to Method. &amp;nbsp;The customer &lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;is in QBO &lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;- it has not been deleted - there are no QuickBooks sync conflicts on this customer and it is not in Method. &amp;nbsp;I cannot determine what the issue is. &amp;nbsp;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
