Hello,

The rule does mean you need a column entitled AssignedTo . You can do a copy and paste into the column's cell with the User name that appears on the top right of your Method screen. Or you can go to Customize -> Users to get a list of user names. If you don't have the column and a valid user name, you will have imported the information to the table, but you can not view the data.

i need clarification on these instructions:

"With the recent enhancement of the List Builder tool, you will now need to import another field named AssignedTo which should hold the value of your Method user name for each contact record you want to import."

does this mean the csv file i am trying to import i need to add another column to that says "assigned to"? if so do i need to have that next to each contact?

i am importing 3000 contacts
