&lt;p&gt;Your options for linked fields are probably empty because there is no existing relationship between the customer table and your new custom table. Follow the steps below to do this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span id="mce_21_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_25_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_22_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Add a new field (drop-down) to your custom table&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span id="mce_23_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;This drop-down should reference the Customer table using the Name field&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am trying to make our test session as useful as possible and we are uding a custom table in our current CRM to track software registration information. When I am adding a table to the system and I try to create a LINKED field, which is supposed to link the new table to the customer table. But the LINKED FIELD options are completely empty. Is there another setting I need to activate ?&lt;/p&gt;
