Can you confirm that these fields are populated in Method? &nbsp;You can do this by <span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;">clicking GoTo for the Job of the customer and confirming the Ship To fields. &nbsp;I&#39;ve seen cases where the addresses in QuickBooks are not necessarily synced correctly.
