&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_22_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The Customer and Contacts List is a list of Contacts &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;sorted by default alphabetically&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; With customization, you can either change the sorting order and/or add a new column.&amp;nbsp; To modify the sort on a grid, copy the screen and open the Contacts grid Edit menu&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;in h&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;e screen designer&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; On Step 4, you can change the sorting order for the grid. (By default, it is sorted by &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_10_start"&gt;FullName/&lt;/span&gt;Contact name alphabetically)&amp;nbsp; To add a new column to a grid, go to Step 2.&amp;nbsp; For your case, you may want to replace the FullName column with a&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Company field column.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_11_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_27_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The default Contact/Customer/Company field is actually the FullName field for Contacts that is overridden by an SQL command.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_16_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_16_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_11_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_15_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;You can find this command in the &amp;#39;Advanced&amp;#39; screen for the FullName column.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; This is how it appears to be three fields in one.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_23_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My question/concern is the way data is entered and displayed on the the main customer/company/contact page. For instance, if I go to the customer edit tab to enter data and I enter the customer name on the left and then enter the contact name on the right, The &amp;quot;Contact&amp;quot; name appears on the top line of the company/customer/contact page and the &amp;quot;Customer&amp;quot; is on the second line. The issue with this is that that file is saved in alphabetical order based on the Contact name not the Customers name; that does not make sense to me. What it has forced me to do is put the &amp;quot;Customer&amp;quot; name in both places in order for it to be saved and displayed in alphabetical order of my customers as it should be.&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
