Okay, it doesn't sound too complicated what you are trying to do. Can you perhaps create an account for me in Method so that I can take a look at what you were trying to do? Probably just something small that needs to be changed.

I'm having trouble creating a calculated field and I was hoping you could help.

This may be too complicated for a simple post but..

I have a table that has the columns complaints, jobs, and complaint index

I created an action that divided complaints/jobs and stores the result in "COMPLANTINDEX"

I added an action that was supposed to insert the action result "COMPLAINTINDEX" into the field on the table called "complaint index"

Nothing seems to happen though and I can not get any of the fields to update with the calculated field.

If this makes any sense I'd appreciate any advice.
