Introducing myself to the Method community

Hi everyone,

I’d like to take a minute to introduce myself to you and the rest of the Method community. I figure it’s only good practice to do so, seeing as you will probably see me around the forums every so often. Okay, maybe more than that, but who’s keeping tabs anyway?

My name is Danny Do Couto and I am the Consultant Representative for Method Integration. Although Method is the newest product created by Alocet, I am no newbie to the Alocet team.

For past 4 years, I have been part of the Alocet team and working with our existing product lines (QXpress and LM Software) and future developments, like Method. I have extensive knowledge in various industries and have been helping users in implementing solutions that work for their business.

When the idea of Method was first mentioned, the wheels in my head, as well as my team members just kept turning. All I kept thinking about were those frustrating moments where you can see where a user is coming from but know a boxed product just wasn’t ideal for their situation. Now they have a perfect solution. No more waiting for new versions, coming up with workarounds for their situation or paying a ridiculous amount of money for custom programming, praying that the programmer never jumps ship. This was the answer we had always been looking for.

I write this and I am so excited. Know why? Its cause once you learn about Method, see what it’s about and play with it, you will see how the wheels will start turning for you too. The possibilities are endless and it’s nice to finally say “yes” to all of your needs. No more frustrations, just productivity.
