This should be working properly for you, can you kindly test it and let me know? You may want to restart your computer and then try it out.
Jonathan, I believe your Business Systems Consultant is working with you directly regarding your post.

Have a great weekend ;)

Re: Dates are off by one day?

Hi Amanda

We are also experiencing the same problem but instead of a day behind it is reporting tomorrows date - being in Australia I am used to being a day ahead of Nth Americia but not two days ahead. I have also emailed you our company name.

Thanks

Now the dates are also wrong in quickbooks. For example: employee birthday is now off 1 date in both Method and Quickbooks.

You can do this by right clicking on the Method Engine (the little m) icon in the system tray, Synchronize > Changes-Only. Note: QuickBooks has to be opened to the correct company file in question.

Jonathan, we have also updated your account, you can follow the steps above. However, if you referring to XORA as Valbon pointed out then kindly contact him.

Re: Dates are off by one day?

Jonathan,

Are referring to your use of the Xora connector? If so, can you please contact me before the next time you plan to fetch entries from Xora and send to QuickBooks?
