I need to know how I can do the following:

I want the QB "Customer Type" to appear in our Existing Customers and contacts Grid so the rep can do a search using that field. How do I do that? I think you explaind what needs to occur below but how ?

You mentioned that you wanted to ask how you could associate the Customer Type field with a sales rep and have that show on the Existing Cusotmers and Contacts grid. I mentioned that in order for the CustomerType field to show, you would need to create a linked field in the Contacts table that is linked to the CustomerType field in the Customer table. You can then add that field to the grid on the screen.
