Hi JWS,

The address fields on the transactions are address field specific to the transaction. Our phone fields are not normally found on the SalesOrder table. Did you add them as linked fields?

My suggestion would be to add new phone fields to the SalesOrder (not linked) then use a Retrieve Value From Table action to input the phone fields from the Customer table into the Sales Order screen.

I have a customized sales order screen. I have several customers set up as dealers.

Those dealers use the same sales order screens as I do. So when they enter a new sales order they are in as the customer by default. However I want to capture who they are shipping to.

The bill to and ship to feild havn't been a problem. However the phone and alt. phone and email are not editable even though I have the feilds as editable when I cput that feild on the screen.

It seems I am missing something simple. As the rest of the billto and ship to feilds are editable.
