&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;The &amp;quot;company account&amp;quot; value is the subdomain that you access the Method web ui through for your company (or the one you are setting up the api implementation for).&amp;nbsp; If you can access the ui, you have this &amp;quot;keyword&amp;quot;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;When you login to your account in a browser, you have to go to &amp;lt;something custom&amp;gt;.method.me.&amp;nbsp; That first custom part of the url is the &amp;quot;Company Account&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;You should be able to refer to your &lt;em&gt;Welcome To Method Email&lt;/em&gt; which will contain your &lt;em&gt;Company Account&lt;/em&gt; name. This should not contain spaces and you should also ensure you have not copied the period at the end of this name from the email.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You can also contact your Business Systems consultant directly. Their contact info should also be found in the &lt;em&gt;Welcome To Method Email&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
