Thank you for your forum post.

To rename the opt out link I would recommend the below steps.

1. Open up the EMAIL TEMPLATES tab link under your HOME tab.

2. Find and open the template that needs to be changed.

3. Locate in the body of the email where the link to the URL is and then select the HTML icon that is in the body editor.

4. This will open up the HTML editor screen and show the HTML code behind the template. Find where the URL is on the screen. (See image Below)

5. There will be 2 parts to the URL, "<a href="http://urlforstaff/">http://urlforstaff/</a>.</p>. " If you change the part highlighted in red to 'Unsubscribe' this will then show the URL as 'Unsubscribe".

NOTE: The users will still have to log into the portal to change their opt out settings.

To streamline this, in the edit port screen check off 'Enable single-click sign in for emailed links'. (See image Below) This will allow users to log in faster to the portal.

I am a new Method CRM user and would like to know how to do the following:

We would like to provide our customers a chance to Opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us. I see the link http://urlforoptout/ and I have tried it, it works. But I would like to know how to make it appear as an unsubscribe link. This link is not easily recognizable in the body of an email.

How do I do this.
