Jonathan,

The next time you log into your Method Xora Connector you will notice new grid filters with options to display All, All Active and All Inactive records for Customers, Employees and Vendors.

I understand. I would like to put in the suggestion box that Method also filter to make sure the employee is active. As now I will have to reactivate each employee in Quickbooks so they show up in method and then remove their xora information. How ridiculous is that!

Hi Jonathan,

The grid found under the Connect with Xora tab-link is only checking to see if the field XoraUser is equal to yes. This can be changed at any time in from the Employees screen by unchecking the field Xora User under the Additional Info section.

Method,

For some reason, our inactive employees are still show up under Connect with Xora. However, they do not show up under Employees.

How can I correct this?
