&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_4_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It looks like your company name is not defined in QuickBooks.&amp;nbsp; Method has no control over the &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_11_start"&gt;company &lt;/span&gt;name of the actual company&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_10_start"&gt; &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt;being managed by &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_15_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;QuickBooks&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Are you on QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks desktop&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_25_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;?&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_16_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; I can see if I can find the setting for the company name in QuickBooks so you can see what you have it setup as.&amp;nbsp; If you go to &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_5_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CRM &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_20_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_20_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span id="mce_20_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; -&amp;gt; Home -&amp;gt; Email Templates &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_5_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;and look for the &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;CRM_Follow-upActivityforUser&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_7_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; template, you &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_14_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_17_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_18_start"&gt;will see the subject line is: [Company.CompanyName] You have been assigned a Follow-up Activity # Activity.RecordID&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_19_start"&gt; . Company.CompanyName comes from your QuickBooks file and is set there accordingly.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_26_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
