You are referring to adding images to a report in the report designer.&nbsp; To add a picture, you need to add Picture Box control to the report and modify it to make an image appear.&nbsp; Dragging the image onto the report designer only makes the picture appear in the designer and not the report.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp; The email editor is different.&nbsp; You can upload an image to Method that is viewable in an email.&nbsp; I have found a ticket logged in for this issue. We have two problems first the images keep disappearing from the template&nbsp;so they need to re&nbsp;uploaded and re-added to the template.
