Our service provider is experiencing technical issues.

We are working with them to resolve it, as well as trying to workaround the problems they are having.

We are dealing with the current performance issue as urgently as possible.

Greetings,

Being with Method for well over 4 years in califonira, speed for me has been good. It ususlay takes 6 secs from entering my password to getting my work order screen. Now its taking about a min. Then again I am am using a wired setup instead of wireless. Found a difference in speed in doing that.

Lets hope they get this done.

Method is basically not usable today. Browser just hangs on any of the tabs. What gives? There has been talk of speed improvement for many years as I go through some old posts....I really like Method, but honestly it is incredibly slow in comparison to your competitors. Can you give a specific date and information on your new release you have been talking about? I am not going to be able to stick with Method if the speed issues can't be resolved - as much as I love using the system, the speed and access is a huge issue for me.
