&lt;p&gt;We know today has been a tough one, and we&amp;rsquo;re so sorry it has disrupted your ability to get your work done and run your business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We&amp;rsquo;ve diagnosed that some services are having trouble running in the current environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is the plan of attack?&lt;span id="mce_3_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;span&gt;We&amp;rsquo;re working with our hosting partner Rackspace to move these services to a new environment. &amp;nbsp;We expect this will take no longer than 24 hours and then be back to normal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What&amp;rsquo;s happening in the meantime?&lt;span id="mce_5_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;span&gt;We know we have to get you up and running as soon as possible so we&amp;rsquo;re pointing the affected services to a temporary environment. &amp;nbsp;We started the migration this afternoon (Eastern), so for some of you, it may take until tomorrow to see these effects.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This temporary environment will run slower than usual but we moved here because we didn&amp;rsquo;t want to cause any further delays in running your business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
