&lt;p&gt;You could use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Start/End&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Loop Through Table&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;action to loop through the Time Tracking table and retrieve your tech&amp;#39;s time data. By then applying a math calculation using this data you can generate a percentage field for each tech on the work order.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;How we were doing this in Salesforce was by inputting the times to each tech. &amp;nbsp;Give the total time to each tech, add the times, then work a calculation field to each tech to show the percentage of the job performed.&lt;/p&gt;
