Hello pinline,

Here's my answer. You can certainely achieve this with the help of Report designer. You can customize your screen and add multiple buttons(like Catalog requests, random samples) to the screen and assign Generate report action to those buttons, which will call for reports associated with those buttons. You can design those reports with the help of report designer. Here is the link for the video tutorials on report designer.

Hi - we're moving from ACT! to method and Im trying to figure out how to create letters that we print out and send to our customers. We have a bunch of form letters that we currently send out at various times (e.g. catalog requests, random samples, etc). I can't figure out how to generate a letter in method that would insert the customers name / address and can be printed (not emailed). Any help you can give would be appreciated.
