You have to make sure that the template&amp;nbsp;you have customized for Estimate&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt; is set as a default template. In order to check that click on &lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;More actions.. -&amp;gt; Customize Print Template -&amp;gt; Estimate&lt;span id="mce_6_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; -&amp;gt; Select your te&lt;span id="mce_8_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;mplate that you have customized and save it. You can repeat the same steps for &lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Choose Email Template&lt;span id="mce_4_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;. Once you select the right template your customer will be able to see the terms and conditions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
