&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your patience and explanations. &amp;nbsp;In my experience, Method (or at least Quickbooks) does not accept 2 customers with the same email address. &amp;nbsp;When someone inputs a contact through our web form and uses their email address, will Method still accept this contact with the identical email as the contact that&amp;#39;s already in use?&lt;/p&gt;

Name)&lt;/span&gt; for the submission.&amp;nbsp; So if John Doe was in your system and had a Lead Name of John Doe and he submits another form, he will come up as a second lead in the system with Lead Name of John Doe(2).&amp;nbsp; Leads are on the customer table and the Name field (relabeled as Lead Name&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_2_start"&gt; for Leads&lt;/span&gt;) is always unique&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_3_start"&gt;.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; The submissions will not be blocked.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_0_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If there is an issue with the web form, the system will send you an email.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_1_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; The email will have information on what went wrong and have info from the form.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; There wouldn&amp;#39;t be a situation where Method would be d&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_9_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;own and the information is lost&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_3_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_6_start"&gt;&amp;nbsp; The information is not stored somewhere temporarily.&amp;nbsp; It &lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_start"&gt;is &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_13_end"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; a one-t&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_10_start"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;me post to the Method servers from the web form.&amp;nbsp; It either fai&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_17_start"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;ls and gives you an email message&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_8_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_11_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_12_start"&gt; or is successful and goes into Method.&amp;nbsp; Users would get an error message if there is an issue on their end and/or network&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_19_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_19_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Web Forms do have validation to ensure that users put in information that can be accepted into Method.&lt;span style="overflow:hidden;" id="mce_18_start"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
