Unfortunately there isn't a merge function we could use here.

You could probably achieve this through customization but I get the feeling it would be more effort than needed for what is probably only an occassional occurrence.

What you could do is create an activity under the lead you want to keep and use it to summarise the previous contact with the other lead. If there were only a handful of activities you could even add each one individually.

How can I combine two leads?

I accidentally put two leads in with the same name except one version has services on the end. I don't want to delete the lead without the services because there are notes and activities associated with both. If I delete one of them all my activities and notes will be deleted. What is the easiest way I can do this? My old CRM had a simple way to combine accounts.
