&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;There is no way you would be able to trigger a set of actions automatically the way you&amp;#39;re describing. You could, however, create a button that does this. Your users would have to push it to manually update the &lt;span id="mce_5_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;inventory&lt;span id="mce_2_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_3_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_4_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_5_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;, but as long as you instruct them to do so it shouldn&amp;#39;t be much of a problem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Here is my scenario:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. In QB, users can mark a Purchase Order as closed via &amp;quot;Mark as Closed&amp;quot; button.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. In Method:CRM, we would like to depend on this &amp;quot;closed&amp;quot; flag to adjust our internal data (like inventory status implemented in Method. So, users can see some stock items are in inventory.)&lt;span id="mce_1_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;But this should be done implicitly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My question is:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there any event or action be triggered if content of a standard table is altered, so we can do something after synchronization?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If there is no such thing, seems that I will need to traverse all Purchase Order again and again whenevern users want to check inventory state, right?&lt;/p&gt;
