Hi Marcelo,

These charges do sync over to Method, but there is no stock screen to handle them. One would have to be customized. If you'd like implement this, I'd recommend our Professional Services team.

from the menu select banking, and then enter credit card charges

Could you please direct me to the screen you're talking about in QuickBooks?

Not process credit cards, I want to enter the expense to QB, it is like entering a bill but not to a vendor it is enter to the credit card account, so the balance of that account will increase.

Hi Marcelo,

You can process credit cards from the Receive Payment screen using a Payment Gateway, by checking the Process with payment gateway when saving? checkbox when creating the Payment.

If you don't have a Payment Gateway, you can set one up by navigating to Customize > My Account in Method, clicking (view / edit...) for "Payment Gateways", then clicking the Add New Payment Gateway button. Please note that you will need an account with one of the supported Payment Gateways. You can find out more about Payment Gateways, including which are supported by us, in this Help Center article.

When we buy something and pay with a credit card, in QB there is a screen call enter credit card charges.

Just wondering if method has it too, or it will have to be customized.
