Is it possible to have this list refreshed in the dropdown box without refreshing the entire application and returning to the point of work? This could be a very frustrating for a user.<br /></p> <p><u>Solution: <br /></u>This is a known issue that we are currently working on.&nbsp; Here&#39;s the workaround until we resolve the issue:<br /></p> <p>If you created a new customer from the <em>Customer:Job</em> field on the New Invoice Screen using the ‘<strong>…</strong>’ icon, manually type the newly added customer&#39;s name into the <em>Customer:Job</em> field.&nbsp; This will force the&nbsp;dropdown list&nbsp;to refresh (without clicking the browser&#39;s refresh button) and the new customer&#39;s name will appear in the dropdown.&nbsp; <br /></p> <p>This workaround should work in all instances where you create a new record using the &#39;<strong>...</strong>&#39; icon. A fix is in the works and will be posted automatically to the site. </p>
