Please email me the Report Name of the report you would like restored, as well as the Company Account name of the account. Please ensure that the MethodSupport user is turned on by navigating to&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Customize &amp;gt; Users&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;in Method and checking the box under&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Active&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;for the MethodSupport user in the list.&lt;/p&gt;
