This was not so much an issue with Method but could have been a result of the MAJOR changes that were done in QB aside from the name change by the accountant. Let us know how things went with our solution.

Re: XoraTimeTrack Error

Jonathan,

Can you try to delete one of the records giving you this messasge from Step 2: Send to QuickBooks? Preferably something that has not been sent to QB yet. You can do this by clicking Go To on the grid for that record.

Try to re-fetch the entry from Xora and send just that one particular record to QB. Do you still get the message?

Re: XoraTimeTrack Error

I would have deleted this if possible, but I cannot.

The error was caused when our Accountant changed the way the names are displayed in Quickbooks from Firstname Lastname to Lastname, Firstname. It appears that I ran the Get Xora Time before Method had the chance to update the employee list.

Thanks!
Jonathan

XoraTimeTrack Error

Method,

I am getting a strange error today when trying to sync my timetrack entries with quickbooks:

--------------------------------------

The value 'Employee Name' was not a valid dropdown list value for 'EntityRef'.

Additional Information

Action Sequence Order:6

--------------------------------------

Of course employee name is the name of the employee. This seems to happening to every employee aswell.

Thanks!
Jonathan
