&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_0_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Are both the Method Integration Engine and Method Integration Listener certificates installed in QuickBooks, and do they have the requisite permissions? What you&amp;#39;re describing is a common symptom of not having the Listener certificate installed /&amp;nbsp;permissioned correctly.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="mce_6_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Method Support &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;span id="mce_6_end" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Is there some sort o&lt;span id="mce_9_start" style="overflow:hidden;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;f shell script I can run to poll the sync engine and direct it to connect if it&amp;#39;s for some reason disconnected? It might not seem like that big a deal but I shouldn&amp;#39;t have to tell my accounting person to remember open up the sync engine app and make sure it&amp;#39;s connected before she tries to do her A/R and A/P accounting work on her computer every day.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
