Thanks Justin for awsering back.

So what you are saying is that any mobile # you put in crm will not go to QB and

that any Mobile# you put in qb does not go to crm either.

Hi Sergio,

QuickBooks does not allow us to sync 100% of its fields. While it allows us to sync the name of the AltContact, we don't have access to its phone number or email address. Unfortunately you'll have to add these in Method.

Assuming that the Mobile number is in Method, it should show up on a report. Which report are you working with?

I understand that you can only have two contact in quick books sycn with method. THe problem that i have is that went I put a mobile number under the primary contact or the alt contact in CRM it does not sync to quick books and quick books to crm. the email fron the alt contact does not sync to quick books either. Every thing elses like invoice ,payments and estimates sycn ok. I have custommize the contact table ones but i went back to the crm original table and the problem persist. Also went i design work orders, the mobile number does not show in the forms either,even tough is in the form desing. Any help will be well use. Ps Just update to qb 2015 qb 2012 did the same.
