Just writing in response to the tech support I talked to a few mins ago. Their is another record in need restored too.

Customer name Amy C, entity recordid = 1423.

Customer Geoff D, entity recordid = 1560

Im not sure how this happened, but I have a customer listed under method but not in quickbooks.

when I try to open the customers file in method in the customer contact list I get this error.

How do I delete this ghost file from showing up in method.

Also, I have noticed with a few current customers, I can see their file in the customer contact list, but when I click the go to, I get the same error. I have checked quickbooks, and their file is not there either. It seams I have a sync problem somewhere.

I have run the full sync and I have checked the method - quickbooks tab - resolve conflicts tab but no conflicts are showing up. Please help
