They are talking.</p> <p>When I try to add a document to an existing customer, following the exact steps found on the CRM help section, I recevie the following error:</p> <p>&quot;The Document no longer exists in SmartVault. It may have been moved, deleted or overwritten. Please re-upload this document from Method to SmartVault.&quot;</p> <p>The document has been uploaded to SmartVault and is inside of the Method Documents folder.</p> <p>The document is visable in Method under the Documents tab, but is NOT visible within the customer Documents tab.</p> <p>This is an important function we need to integrate.</p> <p>Help?</p> <p><br />Thanks, Chri<span id="mce_3_end" style="overflow:hidden;"></span>s</p>
