&lt;p&gt;I have established a SmartVault account and performed the Method integration setup. They are talking.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I try to add a document to an existing customer, following the exact steps found on the CRM help section, I recevie the following error:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;The Document no longer exists in SmartVault. It may have been moved, deleted or overwritten. Please re-upload this document from Method to SmartVault.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The document has been uploaded to SmartVault and is inside of the Method Documents folder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The document is visable in Method under the Documents tab, but is NOT visible within the customer Documents tab.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an important function we need to integrate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Help?&lt;/p&gt;
