Method_Amanda, any news? It's been a week and no solution has been posted. It seems really odd that I am the first person to try to use Method to create a new job. I would think quite a few of your customers would be trying to do this.

I tested this out on my end and I was not able to enter the same job name twice in Method. I'll look into this and let you know if there is an alternate way of doing so and get back to you.

Our accounting folks create a "General" job for each new client. In method I am able to create a client then create a test job (eg. test123) but it seems once a job name is used by any client it can't be used again. Once a client is created we use the 'Job of Customer' dropdown to select that customer then type the job name we'd like into the 'Customer Name' field. Is there another procedure for creating jobs? This seems to work as long as the job name is unique.
