Hi rcm,

If you have the Google Calendar open, you will receive pop-up notifications there for Calendar Appointments that have synced over from Method. There currently isn't a way to accomplish this in Method itself, so there might have been a miscommunication when you called in. Please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding.

Thank you, we did that when we set it up, but I recently called in and was told there was a way to set it up on Method for pop ups reminders, not just an email reminder from gmail.

Hi rcm,

You can enable Email Reminders for Activities by going to Customize > Tables / Fields and clicking Edit Table... for the Activity table in the list. Once on the Edit table pop-up screen, check the box next to Email me reminds for records in this table before they are due, then click Save & Close. This will enable Email Reminders for Activities, sending them out to the user 15 minutes before the Activity is set to begin.

Calendar Appointments

When I set a call a call back , lets say a week out, and it appears on my calendar, what can I do to have a pop up reminder or some other reminder to show that this call is about to happen.
