When this happens, our load balancer should automatically direct to a server that is still functioning. Unfortunately, this didn&rsquo;t happen and some users had difficulty accessing sign in.</p> <p><span style="overflow:hidden;"></span></p> <p>Our development team rebooted the server around 6am EDT resolving the issue.
