Hi Reed,

Just want to add to my comments; screens used more often are quicker to load after their initial load, so don't worry too much if it takes a bit longer when you first log on to Method for the day. Once a screen is opened it stays loaded, so keep Method open and don't sign out frequently. This combined with IE8 or FireFox should help the screen loading speed. Let me know how it goes.

Is it when you first load QuickBooks then sign into Method that it is slow? If so, it could be the amount of data coming into Method from QuickBooks that could potentially slow it down while the engine is updating QuickBooks/Method with any new data. You may want to edit your history preferences to help enhance the speed. You can also try using a different browser. I'm not sure which one you are currently using, but some users have commented that it is alot faster with Firefox.

Slow Loading

We are new users to Method and we are learning. We have an office in LA and one in Portland OR. My questions is why is the system so painfully slow to load. It is slow here (PDX) and slow in LA. What's up with that?
