Hi Dave,

I added the same fields to those tables as type text since you never specified the field type. Here’s what I noticed:

If you create a new sales order with data for both custom fields and save the sales order it doesn't seem to save the SOSerialNumber (custom field at SO line item) the first time you save the SO. You can however go back edit the SO and click save which will then hold the value.

We will look into this and get back to you.

I created 2 new fields one each in 2 tables:

1. "Sales Order" table, fieldname = "Serialnumber"
2. "Sales Order Line" table, fieldname = "SOSerialnumber"

I populated fields. When Method synced to QB, after the sync completed, both new fields remained, but the data in the "SOSerialNumber" field in the "Sale Order" table disappeared.

Is this supposed to happen?
